HELLO, I'M JORDAN!

I am a freelance illustrator and graphic designer based in Albany, NY. Coming from Washington, D.C., I always enjoyed making art, even if it meant drawing on the walls of my family's home when I was a child. I left to pursue my passions in New York at the College of Saint Rose and get my BFA in Graphic Design. During my studies, I found that my primary focuses in graphic design are product and packaging design, both of which have a significant impact on today’s world. There’s something so visually appealing about developing a concept and seeing it come to life as a mockup or a finished product. Being able to hold something I designed myself with my own two hands is enough to make my design heart flutter. When illustrating, I primarily do work for clients, whether it be character illustrations or hand-drawn designs.

 

What I enjoy most about this is being able to evoke a positive response in someone. Making someone happy by making their ideas come to life is the most powerful thing for me as a designer. I particularly enjoy working with others and find it crucial to seek fresh perspectives from those I work alongside. What I hope to achieve for my future is to create as much as I can and join teams of creators that share similar ambitions.
